Where is my order?  (UK Customers)

If you have received a shipping confirmation email your parcel is with the relevant courier.  Please note that despite the service names, Royal Mail state that their "Royal Mail 48" service can take up to 5 working days and "Royal Mail 24" can take up to 3 working days for items to be delivered under normal circumstances.  Busy periods such as Christmas may impact these timescales.  If you have still not received your order after these times, we will have to wait 10 working days from receiving the shipping confirmation (not including weekends or bank holidays) before we can make a claim with the courier and issue a replacement.  In such instances, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.  Please see our Shipping Terms here for further details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation your part may be being made to order.  Our standard shipping term is 1-5 working days however some specific items (mainly painted/hydrodipped items) are listed with a 10-15 working days lead time as they are sourced/manufactured and finished to order.  Please re-check the individual product listings for details.  If you have still not received a shipping confirmation after the relevant number of working days from the order date, please contact us.

Where is my order?  (International Customers)

If you have received a shipping confirmation your order is on the way.  Shipping times vary by country.  If you have not received the parts within 2 weeks of shipping (Europe) or 3 weeks of shipping (Rest of World), we recommend contacting customs in your home country as some items are not released until relevant import duty has been paid.  If the tracking information does not suggest customs charges is the issue, please contact us.  Please see our Shipping Terms here for further details.

Why can't you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide but have experienced issues when sending parcels to specific destinations.  If the website will not let you checkout due to your location please contact us as we may be able to arrange courier shipping to your country as a custom order.

Why is there a price difference between two items that look the same?

We offer many of our parts in both gloss plastic and painted finishes.  Parts made from our gloss plastic finishes are simply made from a coloured plastic material and (although they often look it) they are not painted.  Our painted parts are made from a smooth plastic finish but are then prepared, painted and polished.  This additional work is then reflected in the higher price.

Why is my part not sticking?

The various adhesives we use on our products have been extensively tested to ensure their strength and durability.  If a part has not stuck correctly it will almost certainly be down to insufficient preparation of the surface and/or the temperature at the time of fitment.  Once the adhesive has been tested on a contaminated surface it will no longer stick and a replacement(s) will be required.  For further information, please see our surface preparation guidance here.
